Kim is an authority in the fields of information technology, international management, change management, knowledge management, and innovation. She holds a MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. She also maintains several professional memberships and certifications, including Certified Knowledge Manager and Certified Change Manager. She has extensive knowledge in international management and has authored and co-authored many papers and articles dealing with collaboration, information technologies, and international management.

Kim is currently a KLIC Strategist at Exxon Mobil Corporation in Houston, Texas. Prior to her current position, she was a #innovation Catalyst at ExxonMobil Global Services Company, Knowledge Management Manager at ExxonMobil Chemical Company, as well as the Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning Advisory Council Chair.

Kim began her career at ExxonMobil in September 1998. During her tenure, she has traveled to over 80 countries and held various technical, international management, change management, knowledge management, and innovation positions within Upstream, Global Services, Chemical, and Corporate.
