Joe Jorczak is the Head of Industry for Service & Support at Yext and is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for the company’s service and support offerings. Throughout his 20+ year career, Joe has held influential roles at several large tech companies including Oracle, Medallia, and IBM. Most recently, Joe was at Zendesk where he led sales strategy, solution development, and go-to-market strategy for the global Communications, Media & Entertainment industries. Jorczak holds a degree in English from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
