Ms. Bethany Brown has over 10 years of experience managing international and domestic development projects in diverse contexts. She implemented Resonance's first KM framework and developed internal document libraries to house information on projects and products, including leading development of a system to ensure organization-wide updates to keep libraries current and implement emerging best practices across the company. Ms. Brown manages three communities of practice and multiple working groups focused on organizational improvement. Recently she built a private sector engagement index for the USAID Bureau of Resilience and Food Security that synthesizes information on over 65 engagements to better articulate achievements, lessons, impact, and best practices. She holds an MS in Community Development and Applied Economics.
