There, she leads a Practice & Knowledge Management team that fuels internal immigration legal knowledge and best-in-practice work flows for the firm. The KM team utilizes BAL's first-to-market proprietary case management system to streamline legal work flows, which guide clients through the life cycle of the immigration process. Additionally, the KM team created and maintains a client-facing, immigration knowledge portal for BAL's clients, providing foreign nationals with important information about their immigration experience, including the industry's first immigration chat bot, Ellie. The team optimizes the latest technologies via AI and document reading capabilities so that legal teams may save time and efficiencies, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to their clients.
