Kimberly has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years as an information professional.  Since 2014, she worked as a for Daiichi Sankyo, managing the strategic vision of the Competitive Intelligence & Library Services (CI-LIB), and spearheading a globalization effort to support a growing employee base worldwide.  Previously, Kimberly was with Johnson & Johnson, where she developed an Pinnacle Award-winning global information service for the quality & compliance organization, and was Chair of J&J's global information professional group. 

 

Thereafter, she established her own consulting firm, Cybrarian Solutions, providing clients - including Booz & Co. (now PwC Strategy &), ConvaTec, DePuy Spine, Ethicon Endosurgery, and Microsoft - with robust solutions to meet their varied business needs in information and intelligence.

 

With more than two decades in corporate libraries, Kimberly brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of establishing and growing global information functions, including providing access to resources, in-depth research and search support, competitive intelligence, knowledge management, advanced information / intelligence tools, and copyright compliance.

 

Kimberly graduated from Rutgers University as a Henry Rutgers Scholar with B.A. in Political Science and History, and a Masters in Library Science.  She also earned Elite Level Certification in Competitive Intelligence (CIP^TM-III) from the Fuld-Gilad-Herring Academy of CI, and is pursuing level three in May 2022.  Kim also holds certifications in Knowledge Management and Copyright Management.  Most recently, Kimberly was presented with the Distinguished Member Award by the Pharmaceutical & Health Technology Community of the Special Libraries Association, and served on the Executive Board of LibraryLinkNJ.

 

Kimberly lives in Sayreville, NJ with her husband Michael and their three teenage boys (Cody, Ryan & Bryce).  She is an avid reader, loves music, gardening and animals, and takes great pride in being a mom to her sons.  She is an advocate for life-long learning, and not taking life too seriously.  You'll always find her laughing, attending music concerts, and speaking in fluid movie quotes.
