Ms. Michelle Padgett currently serves as a Senior Civilian Advisor (The Special Assist to Director) at Headquarters Defense Security Cooperation Agency, focusing on a range of issues dealing with digital modernization, organizational change, culture, public outreach and strategic planning. Her previous assignments include oversight and guidance for national, regional, and international partnership engagements to advance national security equities while working for the Air Force Chief of Staff and launching readiness and predictive analytics models for the newly formed Department of Defense Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. Michelle's greatest strength, however, is brining people, process, technology, and information together to create exceptional customer experiences and generate business value.
