Jessica has been in IT for more than 30 years in technical and leadership roles and now Program Managment. Early in her career she was installed networks and trained mid-size PR firms then moved to sysadmin work. She built Service Desks at Freescale and NTT Data then moved into  Managed Services offerings at Capgemini. She found KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) at Dell in 2019 and has since joined Calix's KNowledge Management team. I am a Certified Coach Trainer (coaching and mentoring). She is a single Mom to the most beautiful 20 year old woman, who just graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in BioMedical Sciences. They have 2 dogs, a 4 yo Hound/Vizsla mix and a 7 yo German Shepherd who just obtained her CGC (Canine Good Citizen test) on her way to becoming a Therapy Dog and a 7 yo Calico cat. She and her daughter spend a lot of time outside hiking and exploring in their new home state of Colorado. In her off hours she does volunteer work with animals, the unhoused population or mentoring young Latin/BPOC women in STEM.
