Melissa Patsalides is a senior advisor for KMOL and leads the Evidence Systems and Structures practice group in the Bureau for Policy Planning and Learning’s office of Learning Evaluation and Research. There she oversees the efforts to develop USAID’s KMOL policy and related processes and IT systems to support it. In her 20 years at USAID, she has worked in various roles related to learning, evaluation, performance and knowledge management. Her education is in the fields of international development and foreign languages. In 2021 she completed a second Masters degree in National Resource Strategy at the Eisenhower School of the National Defense University.
