Adrián Rivera-Reyes, Ph.D. is a Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning (KMOL) Advisor in USAID's Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning. Adrián has been leading efforts to develop and institutionalize USAID's Knowledge Retention and Transfer (KRT) Model, conducting research on Local Knowledge, and co-leading and contributing to the development of USAID's first KMOL Policy. Adrián is a community organizer and leader and has served as a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Governor's Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs. Adrián is a Cancer Biologist by training and obtained his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
