Beth's work helps companies envision and create a better digital employee experience. As Senior Director, Digital Workplace at BCD Travel, she works within a fantastic, global team working to advance the company’s intranet and digital workplace strategies. Previously, she worked for several years at IKEA, the global home furnishing company and the boutique consultancy firm, Digital Workplace Group. Her team’s work has won several awards, including two from Step Two. In 2023 Beth was named one of the Top 100 leader transforming employee experience by Constellation Research.
