Brad English currently works as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at PROS, a Houston-based software company.

A Houston-native, Brad has spent much of his career exploring the people-development side of Human Resources - from delivering soft skills training courses for organizations across the country, to technical talent management for 3,000+ engineers, to leading a multinational corporate L&D team.  Through it all, he appreciates the art of storytelling - having a core message and finding ways to make it stick.

Currently, Brad leads the Learning and Development function at PROS, where he has responsibility in performance management, talent management, employee onboarding, and leadership development.

He also enjoys talking!  Brad has had the honor of speaking at conferences on Knowledge Management and Facilitation Skills, and is on the steering committee for PROS Talks, an internally run version of "TED Talks" at PROS, Inc.

Brad's spare time is normally spent at kids activities, catching up on the latest TV shows, and tinkering in the garage.
