Clarissa Perkins has led communications for the Feed the Future Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training contract for the past four years. In this role, she has led the growth of Agrilinks.org, the U.S. government's flagship food security site, and the launch of ResilienceLinks.org, a U.S. government-funded site on resilience. Clarissa is experienced in building strategic partnerships, executing strong, integrated campaigns, and designing creative and engaging content.


Clarissa has over 10 years of experience working in communications in international contexts, from refugee resettlement to food security. Her field work includes time in Liberia, India, Senegal and Ethiopia and remotely with teams in Bangladesh, Mozambique and countries across Asia, Europe and Africa. Clarissa has experience with a wide range of communication tactics including web content and user flows, blogs, events, social media, video, podcasts, digital and print ads and collateral, op-eds, and traditional press.
