Lorena Rodríguez Bu serves as Chief of the Knowledge and Learning Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has more than 15 years of experience in the knowledge and learning field, having led various publications and the development of methodologies for capturing and systematizing knowledge from projects and corporate initiatives.

Lorena has held different positions within the IDB, including Manager a.i. Knowledge Innovation and Communications(KIC) Sector; Chief of the Client Relations Unit within KIC; and Modernization of the State Specialist in Honduras IDB Country Office.

Before joining the IDB, Lorena worked as a Legal Advisor for the Privatization Commission of Honduras, where she led the legal aspects of the concession process for the Honduran airport system and participated in the preparation and discussion of the Concessions Law and Civil Aeronautics Law, among other projects.

Lorena is a Lawyer and holds a PhD in Administrative Law from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
