Michele has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years in various roles focused on application development, software implementation, project management, training, knowledge management, consulting, marketing, sales, and team leadership.  She loves to innovate whether it is technology or processes.  Currently she is the Director of PROS Global Education & Enablement team responsible for training development and delivery for employees, customers, and partners through PROS University; and self serve product help content on PROS community portal PROS Connect.
