I've got over 25 years of experience in designing and executing business solutions ranging from ERP implementations and process redesign to IT technologies such as O365 resulting in knowledge sharing and innovation management strategies. I have unique strengths blending management, consulting, facilitation, and communications to successfully solve complex business challenges. Because my skills are diverse, my background is varied and includes the global implementation of Microsoft's Office365 platform, ERP, application systems, and innovation management program designed for Fortune 500 Companies. I have both started and inherited Knowledge Management programs and incorporate that discipline into every encounter. My recognitions tout that I easily liaise and concisely communicate between all organizational hierarchies while effectively maintaining expectations of executives and key stakeholders. Today, I am a full-time facilitator working for Rapid Impact because I believe focusing on action and being an accountability partner helping drive success.
