With 35 years of work experience, Ninez is an independent KM Consultant (MCLIP) and Creator/Program Lead of the KM Peer Mentoring Program of the KM4Dev and SIKM Leaders Community of KM Practitioners. She was 1st and former Chief of the Knowledge Management (KM) Section, Employee Networks Community Manager, internal coach, mentor and Senior Statistician at the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland. She is holder of the CILIP Chartership in KM. She also currently works as an Executive and Life Coach (ACC) and Owner of NNNOW Coach&Consultant, LLC.

After more than 30 years at the WTO, she retired in July 2022 and is now based in the USA. She has a Master’s Degree in Positive Leadership and Strategy from the IE School of Human Sciences and Technology in Madrid and a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.

Ninez continues to share her expertise and experience in the workplace. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (500HR) that promotes physical and mental vitality towards Authentic and Transformational Personal Leadership.
