Chris is Visiting Fellow and director of the Partnerships in Health Information (Phi) programme at the Centre for Global Health, University of Winchester. His academic work focuses on knowledge management and indicators. Phi is a development consultancy working with a team of Associates on the evaluation of programmes, projects and institutions; knowledge management; information indicators; policy/ strategy/ governance; copyright/ intellectual property; information ethics; and networking.
