Silvia is a social development capacity building specialist and facilitator with over thirty years of experience in international development across more than 20 countries. She has held senior and operational posts in international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), training consultancies, academia, and the private sector in Southeast Asia, East Africa, South Africa and the UK. She uses experiential learning to support change processes, advocacy work and develop internal capacity. Her work spans KM and knowledge sharing, learning systems, strategic thinking, evaluation and organisational development.
