Sven holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics and is currently the Senior Director of Knowledge Management & Learning Strategy for Services at SimCorp, a global fintech company headquartered in Denmark, where he also serves as an Employee-elected member of the Board of Directors. His approach to KM and Learning is characterised by a deep belief in the power of shared knowledge, social learning, and collaborative innovation to drive organizational success.
