Dr. Anthony J Rhem, PhD., is an recognized thought leader, author, advisor, and executive. Since 1990 Dr. Rhem has served as CEO/Principal Consultant of A.J. Rhem & Associates Inc., a system integration consulting, training & research firm specializing in Knowledge Management (KM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Dr. Rhem has served as a Sr. Technology Advisor, and Strategist, successfully implementing KM Systems, KM Methods and Strategies, AI Solutions, AI Ethics and Governance Frameworks, and Data Architectures at Fortune 1000 corporations in retail, communications, logistics, financial, insurance, legal, education, healthcare; as well as government institutions and the military.

Dr. Rhem consults with venture capitalist and investment firms specifically as it pertains to technology innovations, best practices and trends. As an advisor Dr Rhem’s work includes participating  as a Venture Partner with AIV50; Corporate Advisory Board for Halen Technologies; Corporate Advisory Board for Sugarwork; Technology Council of Advisors Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG); Founding Editorial Board Member AI and Ethics Journal by Springer; and Member of the National Science Foundation SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) Review Panel in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management and Education Solutions.
