Monika has held a variety of impactful roles over more than 20 years of her career, including positions in Technology, Operations, and Strategy & Planning. She has been instrumental in establishing and shaping TransUnion’s Global Business Services (GBS) journey since its inception, having set up four GBS centers across three continents within five years. In recent years, Monika has also led functional mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for operations, managing due diligence, cost synergy exercises, standalone analysis, and day-one planning for the integration of acquired assets.

In addition to being the head of Global Operations M&A, she oversees the knowledge management and visualization functions for TransUnion. Monika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from India and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
