Group Discount Program
Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from our group discount program. To receive your Group Discount Code please contact our registrar, Joan Weiss, jweiss@infotoday.com BEFORE registering.
- 2-4 registrants from the same company: Receive a $100 discount per person.
- For groups of 5 or more from the same company: Receive a $200 discount per person.
All registrations for group discounts must be from the same company and submitted at the same time. Please note that we are unable to apply discounts to existing registrations.
Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy
Register Worry-Free Through January 1st!
Registration cancellations received on or before January 1, 2025 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between January 2 and February 14, are subject to a $150 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After February 14, no refunds will be issued.

Registration will take place in the Paradise Ballroom Foyer starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 17.
Hotel and Travel

Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution and/or cancellation of a presentation topic and/or speaker.
Special dietary requests and/or accessibility accommodations may be arranged with advance notice. Depending on the circumstances, additional fees may apply. Please contact our conference registrar with your request.
