Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from our group discount program. To receive your Group Discount Code please contact our registrar, Joan Weiss, jweiss@infotoday.com BEFORE registering.

All registrations for group discounts must be from the same company and submitted at the same time. Please note that we are unable to apply discounts to existing registrations.

Optional Wellness Events on Monday

Your choice of morning activities on Monday, March 17 is included with your paid conference registration. However, please note that you must preselect the events you want to attend prior to the conference. We cannot accommodate onsite registration or changes for wellness events. Space is limited so register early to guarantee your spot.

• • Please plan to arrive 15-minutes prior to the activity start time to complete the check-in process for that event.
• • Additional details regarding participation will be sent to confirmed participants prior to the conference.
• • By participating, you acknowledge that you are engaging in physical activity at your own risk. It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns. The conference organizer / hotel / instructor is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during these events.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy

Register Worry-Free Through January 1st!

Registration cancellations received on or before January 1, 2025 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between January 2 and February 14, are subject to a $150 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After February 14, no refunds will be issued.

Registration will take place in the Paradise Ballroom Foyer starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 17.
