Trained as an Industrial Engineer, Timothy began his career at Procter & Gamble and worked at Intel, where he gained invaluable experience working in complex, high-performance environments. He later transitioned into consulting at Great Place to Work Inc., where he helped organizations build and sustain high-trust cultures. As the founder of Maslow Research Center and co-founder of Strategy.inc, Timothy integrates his experience with a research-driven, human-centered approach to leadership and strategy.

Timothy has led transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies and culture merger projects. Trusted by a diverse portfolio of clients—including Suncor, Darigold, the US Marine Corps, US Special Operations Command, and the US Army PEO—Timothy has empowered leadership teams across industries to decode challenges, align their vision, and achieve sustainable growth.
