Zsuzsa McLean is a Knowledge Management professional with over a decade of experience focusing on sharing knowledge within a project-based environment. As the Group Knowledge and Information Manager at Mott MacDonald, a global engineering, management and development consultancy, she is responsible for the Group knowledge strategy and its implementation through her team and the Communities of Practices. As advancements in AI started to gain momentum, she has transformed the company's knowledge services with the support of key stakeholders. As part of the transformation she has built and led a team of 28, developed a comprehensive technical knowledge base, and streamlined the SharePoint-based intranet, reducing its size from 18,000 to 700 pages.

Before her global role, Zsuzsa has also served as Knowledge and Innovation Manager for the Advisory sector and worked closely with the Transport sector providing her with valuable insights into engineering disciplines within these areas.

Zsuzsa’s experience spans across several areas such as designing and implanting lessons learnt process, conducting maturity assessments, gap analysis, building communities of Practices and delivering subscription and library services to engineers. She is dedicated to advancing knowledge management practices and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within organizations.
