1. Designed and developed a proprietary KM methodology for building, operating and benchmarking Communities of Practice across the firm.

2. Put in place a national KM team and a decentralized network of dedicated Knowledge Managers, Subject Matter Reviewers and Sponsors across our Service Lines, Internal Functions, Industries and Regions all working together through a shared KM framework.

3. Designed, developed and deployed KSource, our new KM platform, to 5,500 partners and employees in May, 2009.

KSource includes:

a. 65 Communities of Practice — where we capture, share and apply our knowledge and best practices to deliver distinctive client service

b. 5,500 People Profiles — where we share and tap into each person’s organizational information, experiences and skills, education and learning, and community involvement to bring the best teams together for our engagements regardless of geography

c. 10,000+ custom company, industry and business topic newsfeeds — personalized in each person’s My News Dashboard and in our 65 CoPs to keep us current on emerging trends and happenings in the marketplace
