Accessing state government better in Washington
The state of Washington has an enhanced customer support Web site for its newly launched Access Washington Web portal.
The state commissioned SafeHarbor Technology to optimize the Web self-service experience for users of the portal. SafeHarbor reported recently that it dovetailed the state's redesign of the Access Washington portal by seamlessly integrating a support environment with intuitive functionality; a cleaner look and feel; and easy-to-navigate, more narrowly targeted search capabilities.
The company has been working with the state for three years to improve customer interactions by providing Web-based self-service, e-mail and telephone support to citizens, businesses and employees. The company's solutions integrate business intelligence with the customer support experience, applying behavioral analytics and customer satisfaction data .
SafeHarbor Technology also delivers support solutions for Washington's Departments of Information Services, Licensing, Labor and Industries, and Social Health and Services.
