Simplified mobile document management from M-Files

M-Files has unveiled a new version of its namesake software. M-Files Version 8.0 premieres new features such as access via popular mobile devices, regulatory compliance support, comprehensive reporting and analysis capabilities, versatile automated permission management and enhanced search capabilities.

M-Files 8.0 supports the following devices: iPhone and iPad, Android, BlackBerry, Symbian S60 and Windows Phone.

M-Files is also available as a cloud-based service known as M-Files Cloud Vault, which runs on the Windows Azure platform, eliminating the need to purchase and configure a server and providing all the benefits of M-Files for a low monthly fee, the company reports.
