Case management system helps MCMEC protect children
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is developing a consolidated case management system. Built on entellitrak, a low-code application development platform for case management and business process management from MicroPact, the system will modernize and improve the NCMEC’s ability to find missing children, reduce child sexual exploitation and prevent child victimization.
Mark Gianturco, CTO and VP of technology with NCMEC, says, “As the national clearinghouse and resource center for information about missing and exploited children, every call or report we receive could be the difference between life and death for a child. These children and their families are relying on us and we need technology we can trust. A consolidated case management system to track, analyze and share information is critical to our work to put the right information in the right hands and lead to a recovery.”
Kris Collo, MicroPact CEO, says, “We are honored to have been chosen to support the work and mission of NCMEC. Some of the world’s largest, most advanced investigative and law enforcement agencies use entellitrak. It’s exciting that it will now be put to use by a nonprofit fighting to protect children and support their families.”
