Cloud solution delivers results for TekStream

TekStream Solutions sought an efficient, scalable system for accessing, sharing and collaborating on documents with its consultants and customers. The professional services firm wanted to quickly and cost-effectively set up content collaboration instances for new clients and IT projects, while safeguarding client content.

To meet those goals, TekStream has implemented a companywide secure file sharing and content collaboration solution using Oracle Documents Cloud Service. With the new system, TekStream has reduced project administration costs by 30 percent and accelerated client and project onboarding, reduced administrative overhead and optimized the use of clients’ budgets for core projects, according to Oracle.

Oracle Documents Cloud also supports document mobility, social collaboration and version control, which is designed to eliminate one-off e-mails that can increase inefficiency by causing confusion and errors, according to Oracle. As a result, TekStream and its clients are said to have increased productivity and focus on revenue-generating initiatives.
