Feeling secure about information exchange

Connecticut Community Care Inc. (CCCI), a care management service for the elderly and individuals with disabilities, was searching for a better way to manage information exchange. Its requirements included HIPAA-compliant security policy enforcement, the ability to route and process files based on customer and payer profiles, a scalable architecture that would support anticipated growth in file transfer volumes, and a simple Web experience interface for users.

CCCI selected Attunity's Managed File Transfer platform, RepliWeb-MFT, because of its portfolio of encryption policies, user authentication, audited delivery options and secure transfer protocols. Attunity says that its solution offers a combination of user, system and application interfaces that enable tight integration with CCCI's existing business processes and workflow.

The solution is said to provide back-end automation capabilities that allow CCCI to effectively process and route files throughout its internal systems, improving its ability to analyze and access business-critical data.
