Gonzales enhances efficiency and care through e-capture

Gonzales Healthcare Systems has implemented cloud-based mobile solutions to improve efficiency and enhance patient and staff satisfaction.

The healthcare provider chose software from Bottomline Technologies, including its eSignature and eCapture solutions. eSignature enables healthcare providers to capture complete, compliant e-signatures on Windows, Web and mobile platforms. eCapture secures e-signatures, as well as almost any type of content, as discrete data including mobile device photos, annotated diagrams and pain scales.

The Bottomline solutions support a wide variety of health information systems (HIS), including McKesson and give healthcare providers the ability to deliver educational videos to patients, embed patient photos at the point of care and collect patients’ answers to custom questionnaires.
