Investment firm unlocks a wealth of content through search

3i Group, an international investment firm headquartered in London, has deployed an enterprise search-based platform to help identify internal information and industry expertise more effectively.

The company, which was looking for a solution that could scale as its information and sources grow, chose Coveo’s Insight Solutions, based on its ease of use and flexibility. Another feature that attracted 3i Group was Coveo’s Insight Consoles, the presentation layer of its intelligent indexing technology. Insight Consoles provides information across sources in a single, unified view, configured by role, so that the user views and interacts with relevant, dynamically updated information, according to Coveo.

Prior to the implementation, 3i had no single place to search for the information employees needed to access on a daily basis.
