Auxilio Enhances Managed Print Services with Document Workflow Solutions Powered by HealthWare Systems

Auxilio, a provider of managed print services (MPS) and IT security for the healthcare industry, has added new document workflow solutions.

This portfolio of solutions will help customers automate and simplify document management, and sharing processes related to a patient's electronic medical record (EMR).

The solutions for document workflow, patient registration, electronic signature, electronic forms, and patient tracking are packaged by Auxilio and powered by HealthWare Systems, a company that specializes in software solutions that improve patient workflows and revenue management for hospitals and health systems.

According to Simon Vermooten, EVP of Managed Print Services, at Auxilio, many of healthcare services providers have taken the first step in reducing costs and improving efficiency through implementing Auxilio’s MPS program.  As these programs mature, they are seeking to also incorporate document workflow solutions to strengthen the next generation MPS, also known as document management services, which can help create further efficiency, cost savings, and employee productivity.

Auxilio's on-site resident teams will be evaluating and analyzing additional savings opportunities for its nationwide hospital clients leveraging these document workflow solutions, he added.
