BI in the cloud

SwiftKnowledge has introduced a business intelligence (BI) offering for independent software vendors (ISVs): SwiftKnowledge ISV is embedded BI technology that can be deployed either in a cloud computing environment or as an appliance.

The new software allows ISVs to easily embed robust reporting and analytics, predictive modeling, data mining and trend analysis capabilities into their solutions. Further, says SwiftKnowledge, ISVs can extend to their customers secure, unified access to information located in multiple data sources--via flexible BI technology featuring user-friendly executive dashboards--so they may proactively and more effectively manage critical business data.

Completely Web-based, SwiftKnowledge ISV is said to deploy quickly, integrating with all content repositories to give companies a complete view of business information. The company adds that it is specifically designed for interactive, high-volume use by non-technical business users.
