Content Manager for SharePoint from Metalogix

Metalogix has released Content Manager for SharePoint, which has been specifically engineered for rapidly growing SharePoint deployments. The company reports more content has been developed and stored in SharePoint in the past year than in the previous five years combined, and Content Manager has been designed to enhance usability and productivity.

Metalogix says Content Manager allows organizations to encourage adoption, make content easier to find and take advantage of advanced SharePoint 2010 features, such as taxonomy and term stores. The company further reports its new solution provides continuous management of all aspects of content lifecycle, including retention policies, security and storage requirements.

SharePoint licenses have surpassed the 135 million mark.
