Mobile, e-sign ECM apps from M-Files

M-Files has rolled out M-Files 10.0 mobile ECM apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows Phone devices. Available for free download from the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Windows Store, they are said to provide an optimized user experience and deliver easier and more instinctive navigation and improved task management functionality.

M-Files says it simplifies ECM by managing information by what it is, rather than by where it's stored, thus giving mobile users greater precision and control when retrieving and managing documents. M-Files 10.0 also extends support for electronic signing to mobile users, a capability allowing organizations to implement mobile-friendly workflow and approval processes that comply with regulatory requirements, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
