Thoroughly modern output management

Symtrax has released Compleo Layout, a component of its Compleo Suite output management software. Compleo Layout allows companies to easily modernize, redesign and improve currently formatted ERP documents and business forms, says Symtrax.

An intuitive graphical interface allows documents and forms to be enriched with barcodes, images, graphics and textual enhancements while leaving desirable original formatting intact. Redesigning templates can be done without programming or graphic design expertise.

Compleo Layout also facilitates the changing of a PDF’s layout, look and feel, and text properties without expensive editing tools. For example, replace current content, change the font type and size, and enhance tables with color.

Also, adding external data when processing documents is possible by querying an external database (e-mail address, additional company data, etc.). Compleo Layout empowers marketing and service staff to better communicate with customers and vendors without the need for the IT staff to reprogram an ERP's original output.
