Joyce Meyer Ministries (JMM) has chosen a business process management (BPM) platform to streamline and automate its systems. The international non-profit that provides humanitarian and missions relief has implemented Sequence from PNMsoft.

JMM will use the “intelligent BPM” software to improve efficiencies and customer experience, including automation of manual, paper-based processes that are mission-critical to the organization. Built on PNMsoft’s HotChange architecture, Sequence is said to enable enterprises and users to adjust business processes in real time.

Andrea Turek, chief strategic officer at JMM, says, “PNMsoft’s easy, intuitive and user-friendly interface and reporting capabilities are exactly what we needed to track and improve our overall efficiency.”

Angela Triplett, business process strategist at JMM, adds, “It took just a few months to bring this new system into full operation. Now that the software is up and running with our first process, our users are impressed with how easy and efficient it is.”

According to James Luxford, PNMsoft CTO, Joyce Meyer Ministries plans to integrate Sequence with its customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems in the near future.
