Webiplex Integrates SignNow E-Signature Solution into DocuPeak Platform

Webiplex, a provider of next-generation business process management and document management platform services, has integrated Barracuda Networks' SignNow e-signature solution into Webiplex DocuPeak, enabling customers to manage contract version control, approvals, and signatures all from a single interface, and simplifying the overall contract management process.

DocuPeak provides a platform for automating forms and document processes that avoids the need for custom coding, expensive consultants, or an off-the-shelf piece of software that may not match specific requirements, and also enables customers to leverage existing IT investments by integrating with numerous common business systems. SignNow provides  e-signature capabilities.

With the new integration to SignNow, e-signature is now an integral part of a complete contract automation solution within DocuPeak, said Rob Rennie, CEO of Webiplex. The integration allows contracts to be versioned, approved, sent externally for signatures, archived and then set for automated lifecycle management – all through one interface, Rennie noted.
