Search tool helps law firm capture its knowledge assets

Howard Kennedy, a law firm headquartered in London with 53 partners and 350 staff, has deployed a cognitive search solution to ensure access to its knowledge assets.

The law firm has selected RAVN Connect Enterprise from RAVN Systems to capture, find, manage and collaborate on its knowledge and expertise. Howard Kennedy is using the platform to provide seamless access to all its KnowHow resources located in FileSite from iManage and to perform federated search across external information resources via a modern, user-friendly interface.

RAVN has already completed a successful POC searching Howard Kennedy’s Knowledge Library in iManage’s WorkSite alongside the firm's preferred provider of online practical legal guidance and is now working to roll out the solution to additional departments.
