HEAL Software provides IT workflow automation with integration to ServiceNow
HEAL Software Inc., a provider in the IT operations preventive healing space, announced an integration with ServiceNow, offering customers elevated experience, including advanced alert warnings based on AI/ML techniques, superior user-experience, and increased productivity.
HEAL generates an early warning signal when it notices abnormal application behavior that can lead to end-user impacts, for example the recent Facebook global outage.
With HEAL now part of the ServiceNow integration, operations team members are notified whenever a signal is generated by HEAL. This creates an incident ticket and provides feedback on the root cause analysis as well as a deep-dive into the problem.
