Reveille Software, a leader in management and monitoring solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, is debuting its summer 2024 product update, featuring a variety of integrations that help to close the intelligent automation visibility gap, reduce the time and resources necessary for service-level issues, and accelerate the automated issue recovery process, according to the company.

As enterprises continue to adopt more and more intelligent automation platforms—with most organizations relying on at least four, according to Reveille—the matter of data management becomes increasingly complex. Acknowledging this trend, Reveille’s summer update delivers a unified management solution that provides a single point of control and visibility, aiding in optimizing and streamlining enterprise operations.

The update highlights three key features: expanded Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) support, expanded Robotic Process Automation (RPA) support, and enhanced metric and notification dashboards.

Reveille’s expanded IDP support features an integration with ABBYY FlexiCapture, improving the monitoring process for document automation with AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML). Reveille for ABBYY FlexiCapture delivers enterprise-scale data capture and extraction, affirming IDP operations’ reliability, performance, and security.

An integration with UiPath expands RPA support, offering holistic visibility into RPA platforms to increase robot performance and operational efficiency, also reducing downtime.

Finally, enhanced dashboards deliver a single, integrated view of ECM, IDP, and RPA systems, removing friction in management and accelerating service-level issue response.

“Reveille’s new support for ABBYY and UiPath expands the agentless observability of intelligent automation platforms, delivering results in days and reducing operating risk—which represents a dramatic contrast to custom solutions built upon general-purpose monitoring tools or DIY approaches,” said Brian DeWyer, chief technology officer at Reveille Software.
