iManage, the company dedicated to Making Knowledge Work, is unveiling new AI-powered services—iManage AI Enrichment, iManage Mailbox Assistant, and Ask iManage—which each serve to bring the power of ethical, secure AI to the hands of iManage knowledge work platform users. With the aims of increasing productivity, making organizational knowledge more effective, and reducing manual workloads, iManage’s latest release empowers customers to center their attention on higher value processes, inviting positive business outcomes, according to the company.

The first of these new services, iManage AI Enrichment, is an AI-powered document classification and enrichment solution designed to enhance the quality and value of organizational documents, at scale. By automatically classifying documents by type and extracting and saving crucial information, this service enables natural language search, and, in turn, more powerful results. iManage AI Enrichment comes with over 70 pre-trained document classification models, engineered to increase accuracy while mitigating hallucinations, according to the company.

iManage Mailbox Assistant seamlessly files email and attachments within iManage Work, increasing productivity for users who no longer have to waste time organizing their inboxes. Organizational knowledge is securely filed and easily accessible for the entire enterprise, according to iManage.

To assist professionals in understanding and surfacing knowledge, Ask iManage enables users to employ natural language search to find specific data points—and actionable information—in documents. Within a single workflow, users can leverage Ask iManage to:

  • Ask follow-up questions
  • Paraphrase content
  • Generate prompt suggestions
  • Translate text
  • Perform grammar checks
  • Extract clauses, obligations, and restrictions

“When we announced our AI strategy last year, we were clear that we intended to use AI in a thoughtful and practical manner to address real-world business problems that our customers face,” said Neil Araujo, CEO, iManage. “iManage AI Enrichment, iManage Mailbox Assistant, and Ask iManage are the first embodiments of that strategy, and they will allow professionals to streamline routine aspects of their job so that they have more time to spend on the work that matters most to them.”

Each of these new services will be launched through a series of customer adoption programs shaped by a sense of consultative partnership. This helps enterprises adopt these AI technologies as well as further their AI success, according to iManage.

“This is an exciting advancement of our AI vision, which builds capabilities directly into the iManage platform and leverages the quality data sets that are stored there. We have made impressive progress over the past year with AI and look forward to continuing to deliver new capabilities that provide our customers with a foundation for success with AI,” continued Araujo.
