Conversica’s latest updates bring flexibility, control, and customization to AI-powered customer engagement

Conversica, Inc, the AI-powered Conversation Automation solutions provider, is announcing a series of new features for its Conversational AI platform that offer marketing teams greater control over lead and customer engagement with generative AI (GenAI). 

This latest release builds on Conversica Chat with Contextual Response Generation, a capability that allows enterprises to use their own data for AI chat. Now, marketers can better tailor their AI-powered messaging without compromising on security or control, according to Conversica.

Conversica is introducing three AI-powered methods for customizing conversations, cultivating better brand alignment for two-way email and SMS conversations. Marketers have the power to ensure that every message aligns with brand and customer expectations, further complemented by Rewrite with AI—a supervised GenAI support tool that brings the expertise of over 1 billion interactions to help with communications writing and editing.
