Lexsoft T3 GenAI Knowledge Management

Article Featured Image

T3 is a modern, scalable, enterprise-level, software-as-a-service knowledge management (KM) system. T3 helps law firms to surface and access business-critical knowledge that resides in their iManage Work document and email management system.

Recently, Lexsoft launched T3 GenAI within its T3 product suite, powered by Microsoft OpenAI technology, to deliver Copilot-like functionality and user experience to the KM function. This out-of-the-box, ready-to-deploy, and best practice-led solution marks a step change in KM capability, enabling law firms to simplify and automate critical processes, fully supported with visual and actionable data analytics.

For lawyers, T3 GenAI makes the knowledge submission process intuitive and easy, involving just a few clicks of the mouse. For knowledge managers, T3 GenAI simplifies the knowledge submission, curation, and classification process. To the documents submitted, without human intervention, T3 GenAI applies AI to automatically extract relevant information, create abstracts, and accurately mine the metadata to classify them in the KM system. This removes the need for KM professionals to manually appraise lawyers’ documents or ask questions to identify, curate, and classify the knowledge documents.

T3 GenAI classifies knowledge documents using firms’ unique taxonomies rather than imposing standardized classification structures.

T3 SaaS and GenAI solutions integrate with cloudimanage.com, iManage’s Cloud platform, and Insight+, a cloud-native knowledge search and management solution. T3 never accesses the ‘content’ of knowledge documents in iManage Work but retains a copy of their applied metadata.
