Onspring introduces new Microsoft 365 integration, improving collaboration and productivity for GRC workers

Onspring, a leading no-code SaaS Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) automation software, is announcing that version 30.0 of its GRC platform is now integrated with Microsoft 365 for the web. This integration allows GRC professionals to create, edit, and collaborate on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint attachments from within Onspring’s cloud-based platform in real time—eliminating the need to save, download, and reupload documents.

Onspring and Microsoft’s integration provides a variety of benefits for GRC professionals, offering them a unified, secure location to access applications, files, data, and insights. This equips GRC workers with greater visibility and control over files throughout content lifecycles, increasing productivity and collaboration through seamless, cloud-based document management.

“It has become increasingly clear that when it comes to governance, risk, and compliance, all organizations, no matter the size or the industry, are seeking new ways to optimize collaboration—accurately and efficiently,” said Ryan Lougheed, director, platform management for Onspring. “With our latest platform update, global organizations and GRC professionals now have a secure and seamless no-code governance solution to gather and present impactful data with Microsoft 365 for the web built-in. This is another example of how Onspring is addressing customer and industry demand.”

Additionally, this integration delivers collaboration tools—such as redlining and revisions—that save crucial time and expedite final versions for professionals with heavy, critical workloads.

To access these features, users simply need an active Microsoft 365 license and an Onspring subscription.
