Coveo enhances data access and insights across the Salesforce ecosystem

Coveo, the leading enterprise AI platform that brings AI search and generative AI to every point–of-experience, is unveiling a new integration with Salesforce Data Cloud designed to improve data access across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Coveo’s latest integration with Salesforce improves the experiences of Salesforce's Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud, delivering secure access to a broad range of enterprise data sources, including engagement data from Coveo-powered search experiences. This is particularly beneficial for organizations struggling with complex data sources and requirements for high relevance and precision in generative answering, according to Coveo.

The Coveo AI integration with Data Cloud offers the following enhancements:

  • Improvements to the Salesforce platform with external content through Coveo, increasing the contextual depth and precision of AI-driven insights
  • Unified, secure data access and integration for Salesforce experiences, utilizing Coveo’s indexing and security capabilities to easily insert previously siloed enterprise content into Salesforce through Data Cloud for continuous, fresh insights across Salesforce
  • Robust analytics across touchpoints in both platforms, empowering enterprises to easily track interactions and drive better decision making
