Canto acquires Image Relay, unifying digital asset management and product information management in one platform

Canto, a leading provider of digital asset management (DAM) software, is announcing its acquisition of Image Relay, a SaaS company developing solutions that unite DAM and product information management (PIM). Combining each companies’ respective technologies, Canto aims to transform the way organizations derive value from digital content.
