Moveworks expands alliance with Microsoft, elevating 365 Copilot and Teams experiences
Moveworks, a leading generative AI (GenAI) assistant for employee support, is expanding its strategic alliance with Microsoft to enable the use of Moveworks as an agent within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams. Integrating Moveworks as a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent will allow users to execute a variety of tasks seamlessly, further extending the power of GenAI to enterprise use cases.
This collaboration delivers frictionless interoperability between the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Moveworks enterprise-grade agent. Powered by Microsoft’s GenAI framework, this integration improves user workflows by identifying tasks from emails, chats, or calendar events, and then utilizing the Moveworks agent to seamlessly complete associated jobs—such as submitting requests, resetting passwords, or updating systems.
