Workvivo by Zoom debuts Workvivo AI to elevate employee communications
Workvivo by Zoom is launching Workvivo AI, an intelligent workplace assistant aimed at elevating the employee experience and helping make internal communication effortless.
According to the company, built directly into Workvivo and powered by Zoom AI Companion, it helps teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
The tool is now available for Workvivo customers to switch at no extra cost.
Workvivo AI will allow users to:
- Find company information, reduce the number of support tickets, and empower better navigation and adoption of Workvivo.
- Create content across the platform, including updates and shout-outs, as well as generating full employee surveys based on prompts.
Admins on Workvivo, including Internal comms and HR managers, can use Workvivo AI to simplify and reduce repetitive, tactical tasks and become more strategic in their work.
With Workvivo AI, organizations have flexibility in how they deploy AI on the platform. Admins can configure role-based access to different Workvivo AI features and allow different access levels for each employee group.
“Workvivo AI has been built with intention and designed specifically to enhance the experience of Workvivo, a human-first platform designed to foster human connection,” said Andrea Graham, head of product and engineering at Workvivo by Zoom.
Customers can unlock the full potential of Workvivo AI by connecting some of their own native content in their iteration of Workvivo AI. This means that an organization can opt to add Workvivo blog posts about HR policy updates or upcoming company events to their Workvivo AI assistant’s Help Center for more personalized and relevant answers for users of Workvivo AI, the company said.
Workvivo AI was developed using Zoom’s AI infrastructure that underpins Zoom AI Companion, which is available at no additional cost with the services in paid Zoom accounts and helps users harness their productivity directly within their existing workflows by surfacing important information, prioritizing what matters most, and turning every interaction into action so they can focus on enhanced creativity and connection.
